I'm confused. I thought Minneapolis wanted to ban cars (or at least discourage their use.) Then again, maybe not.
We're spending two fortunes in opposite directions: $150 million to expand 35W at Lake Street and $??? millions to build Light Rail. No wonder we have so many mental health problems - our leaders are schizophrenic. Specific to the garage question: I think Minneapolis property owners are capable of deciding this issue for themselves. Our City government should stop treating us like MORONS.
