I work at near Bloomington and Lake and have had occasion to visit Mr. Ortega's store at the corner of Bloom & Lake. I will never again patronize this store. I saw the largest rat I have ever seen in my life running down the aisle of this store. (And I have seen some large rats here and in New York City). It stinks, it is filthy, and I have observed outdated products on its shelves and questionable looking products in it's coolers. The vermin problem has spread to surrounding businesses where there was no such problem before he purchased Butler Drug and Antiques Minnesota. BTW, I did call the Health Dept after I spotted the rat.
