>From the Strib: "Developers should display a plaque at a Lake Street property recognizing a church that was accused for decades of preaching a bigoted message, the Minneapolis Heritage Preservation Commission recommended Tuesday.
"Overruling its own staff's determination, the advisory panel voted 5-3 that the Lander Group and Home Apartments put up the plaque in an $11 million retail/residential complex in early stages of development....
