Forwarded by David Brauer, list manager - David, � I am not a member of the mpls list, but I do read it every once in a while.� Mr. Graham's reporting of Eric Takeshita's remarks are not accurate at all.� I was at the discussion.� Someone asked him about all the litigation against the City regarding siting of supportive housing.� He said the City must defend those lawsuits to the best of its ability.� My recollection of his remarks was that Mr. Takeshita said time will tell whether the lawsuits have merit or will be a "fly on the City Ox."� If anything, he gave the impression that the neighhorhood groups were an asset to the City. � You may forward this to the listserv.� � Thanks.
