There has been a CRASH in LAND VALUES in Minneapolis. From $6.79 per sq.
ft. for the riverfront Guthrie site, to $3.75 for the riverfront Stone Arch
site - in just one year.

Most cities would be humiliated if that happened, but not Minneapolis. We
go out of out way to lose money.

Here is how we can help the City reach its goals: We can all have our
property taxes slashed, at least on the land portion. So call your tax
assessor (612 673-2382) and ask him or her to explain why land values are
so teensy and falling. Be sure you get as good a deal on your land as
Jackie Cherryhomes has on hers - $1.48 per sq. ft.

No need to thank me - I'm just happy to help.
