Duane Reed is not the tool of anyone or any group. I have talked with him at length about his run for the house.  Duane attends the PRAC meetings because they represent quite a few constituents in this legislative district. I believe that Duane is very open minded and willing to listen to a wide variety of groups to draw information from. Not unlike R.T., Robert Lilligren or Natalie Johnson Lee. Duane is not a political hack and does not have the crony mentality. He comes from the community and has paid his dues.

I have worked with Duane Reed in North Loop. He is a very qualified individual and has a good background for working in the legislature.  He is very commited to the community and is involved in his neighborhood association.  He was one of the founding board members of the newly formed Warehouse District North Loop Neighborhood Association.

I think he would serve 58B well.  I hope he wins. Minneapolis will be a better place with him at the House.
