Dear
Friends, No
words can describe the loss we have all suffered this week. Thank you for all the calls, emails or
for stopping in the office. I know
it means a great deal to the staff at the Party and to Senator Wellstone�s team.
Together we will find a way to come through these dark days. For those of you who were not able to be
a part of the candlelight service at the State Capitol last night, it was a
special evening for everyone and we know you were with us in spirit.
In
the days ahead as we remember Paul, Sheila, Marcia, Mary, Will, Tom and the two
pilots we must remain strong, just as Senator Wellstone would want us to. We will work hard to keep the DFL web
page up to date with To
our associate chair, Mary, we love you and our thoughts and prayers are with
you, your husband Jamie and family.
I know Mary�s spirit will remain with us and help us carry on. I

There will be a public memorial for Paul, Sheila, Marcia, Mary, Will and Tom at
Williams Arena on Tuesday evening at 2)

Memorial Fund is being established at the St. Anthony Park State Bank for the
education of Mary�s children.
