Would someone who is endorsing judges, please explain to me why I should vote to remove a judge from office. Certainly most of our incumbent judges have been appointed by Governors after being recommended by a judicial selection panel, those panels being generally non-political.
Now I am looking at voting for either an incumbent judge or a challenger who has selected a specific judge to run against. So who has the political agenda? I don't want judges with a political agenda, I want judges who can make a fair decision without regard to politics.
