I think the comparison isn't quite fair. 26th and 28th st. don't have all the delectable ethnic stores and restaurants on them like Nicollet. Nicollet is so popular that our goal in Phase II of NRP will be "Where do we park all these cars" instead of the goal in Phase I of NRP that was "How can we get more traffic to Nicollet". There are days on Nicollet where it takes 15 - 20 minutes to get from 28th st. to Franklin.
