I have heard that one successful law suit
against the City of Minneapolis has resulted
in the indebtedness of about $3000.00 for
each resident. Can anyone clarify that alleged
situation? Would anyone know the extent of
the total indebtedness against Minneapolis
residents because of successful claims?
