Thanks Wizard for updating the list on the PAC vote today. In addition, the PAC approved a recommendation that MN/DOT ensure continued non-restricted access to and from the new Lake Street ramps by providing whatever fix appropriate to eliminate any potential weave problems the ramps may create in the future.
I also made a motion, that was not adopted by the PAC, that it recommend that any new lane built on I-35W be a dedicated transit lane (Light Rail Transit/Bus Rapid Transit) and not an HOV lane. Lastly, a bunch of I-35W information is now available on the web, including the outcomes of the open houses, at www.phillipspartnership.org Jeanne Massey Kingfield -----Original Message----- From: WizardMarks <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: mpls issues <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Date: November 26, 2002 6:04 PM Subject: [Mpls] I35 Access Project votes today >The I35W Project Advisory Committee today voted on two things: >(1) the 6A or 6B alternative.
