Friends -- my mom just called me in tears because she
heard on the news that the foodshelves were almost bare. I know everyone
is really busy with Thanksgiving tomorrow -- but if you can find the
time:
1. call 952 925-6265 and give a credit card
donation
2. buy extra food if you're going to the store and
drop it off at your local food shelf
The main
warehouse is in St. Louis Park at 6714 Walker Street -- this is 1 block off
highway 7 between 100 and 169
South
Minneapolis is at Sabathani Community Center on 38th and Pillsbury
THE FOODSHELVES CLOSE AT 4:00 TODAY -- SO CALL SOON
-- if you get a message that there is no one there, try again, they don't
have too many people on the phones -- but they are there
If you can't get to it today, send in something when you
can, they said that they are concerned about the entire Holiday Season.
