I am glad the Mayor and city staff are trying to make the H.O.B.T. deal work out. I really support this effort. We get a choice of rats and meat or incredible art. In the Heart of the Beast really is in the Heart of the Beast at this location. In my opinion H.O.B.T. really helps to define an artistic soul of our city. But I am biased.
