The Republican delegates in the Third Ward of Minneapolis unanimously endorsed Valdis Rozentals for Minneapolis City Council this morning at Farview Park. He pledged to run an aggressive campaign for the seat vacated by Joe Biernat. Valdis is the first candidate to be endorsed by the Republican Party in the Third Ward since the early 1970�s.
