I am so glad that the talks were delayed so that the Urban League can come to the table. I strongly believe in the importance, of having "ALL" players involved, otherwise this will not work. I would strongly hope that there are also citizens from the communities placed on this committee, to ensure that the true voices of those affected are heard loud and clear.
So many times, our leaders come up with great ideals, however, many people affected by those ideals do not get to be included at the round table. Thus, only to have policies that sound good and look good, but in the end does not help the communities involved.
