There's been some inaccurate information circulated about the upcoming community
meetings on the Statewide Joint Violent Gang Initiative and I wanted to clear up the
confusion.
Minneapolis is hosting two community meetings. However, the information circulated on
the issues forum was in DRAFT form. We have since finalized the times, dates and
locations. Here's the accurate information:
WHO: Mayor R.T. Rybak, Police Chief Robert K. Olson, members of the
Minneapolis Police Department and the Minnesota Gang Strike Force
