The police being an overwhelming presence (and undercover) at demonstrations is nothing new. In the '80s at an El Salvador protest, for example, I remember the time a "demonstrator" had his silver mohawk wig removed after someone in the crowd noticed that he had handcuffs in his pocket. He then seemed embarrassed and left.

More recently, roughly 1/3 of the demonstrators at the International Society of Animal Geneticists conference were undercover cops.

I guess the point is they've been printing the constitution on the 2-ply paper you mentioned for years. It's simply that now they have an excuse.

MN: Oh, they were there. You can bet on that.
I doubt they wear uniforms, and the MPD may not even know if they were there or not.
On election day I urged everyone to "vote, or the patriots have won".
Unfortunately, they did win and I think they have plans to start printing the
Constitution on two-ply perforated paper at seventy nine cents a roll.
