In the old ward boundary, Precincts 1 through 6 are on the east bank (NE), precincts 7 through 10 on the west bank (North Side).
The early turnout report by Tom Taylor tells the following: P 1 through 6 voted 4.33% P 7 through 10 voted 2.97% Of the 14,116 registered, 591 had voted by the times Tom reports.
