It's just sad when another report of a deliberately biased endorsement event comes along. Some few folks in our town just can't seem to accept the concept of open debate - control is all to them.
Remember the outraged comments of scores of Northsiders during the redistricting process? Remember the testimony of the Marcy-Holmes leadership who wanted to continue their association with the other University-oriented neighborhoods? I hope that the voters in this special election send a clear message about manipulation of the political process: political cronyism should be shown the door.
