Lisa writes: Could you just post a clarification that what I meant to say is that under the new boundaries the 8th Ward doesn't have a council member living within the ward boundaries. That's why I put in the disclaimer about Robert. I know he is doing his job, but there is something to be said for how confusing this overlap currently is.
