Federal Mediation Now is a legally incorporated nonprofit organization that has a federal EIN, by-laws and a checking account. Whenever I spoke on behalf of Federal Mediation Now I informed everyone that it was a nonprofit incorporated on 12-23-03. I have over 20 witnesses to this fact that includes, 8 Minneapolis City Council Members, 9 religious organization leaders, and the Minneapolis Mayors office. Federal Mediation Now has never discredited the Federal Mediation Now ad hoc Coalition.
As for the "serious charges" claimed toward me, I have been advised to not go into detail about my personal feelings on my personal rights being violated. I will say this, someone does not like the result of Federal Mediation NOW's Petition drive that has over 2700 signatures. The petition calls for the two community teams to merge and mediation to move forward. Regardless of how much some people may try to play it down, it has had a very positive affect on Federal Mediation for Minneapolis and some believe that it save Mediation. Is that a bad thing? In regard to the federal Mediation Now ad hoc Coalitions application for a trade mark using a Microsoft graphic I say this. That is between them, the Minnesota Secretary Of State and Microsoft, not us. We have never used the Microsoft graphic of five intertwined hands in any of our documentation nor will we ever. My good friend Basim Sabri has nothing to do with any of this. Please reframe from attacking him when attacking me on these issues. This again, is very personal to me.
