A side note: in India, due to unusual cold temperature in the past few
days, over a thousand people died.
Since, in India, there were about 45,000 people born every single day, I do not think they are at risk of being depopulated at this time. (These figures are from 2000, which was the latest year I could find published population figures. One fifth (21%) of the babies born in the world are now born in India.)
And I don't see what this original statement, or my additional information, has to do with Minneapolis Issues.
