[Mpls] 35 W Weave and Access

On January 12th Tom Johnson wrote that an agreement had been made to ensure full access to Lake Street with MnDot and the Federal Highway department. I wrote to him on this list on January 13th asking that he provide letters from MnDot and the Feds to back up his claims of full access now and in the future.  Two weeks have gone by without an answer.

I again respectfully ask that supportive documentation be made available to the public.
