Sen. Skoglund has introduced legislation (SF 182) that would prohibit the commissioner of transportation from raising the Hiawatha Av speed limit until revenue service has been provided on the light rail. Rep Davnie has the companion bill. Apparently, rumors of Hiawatha speed limit increases have made their way to the capitol.
