So basically, several weeks ago stated that he had
approvals from MNDoT and the Feds on the weave, he
really meant that the approvals would happen
(maybe?)several months from the date of that claim. 
Interesting!

Also, I've recently learned that the cost estimates
around addressing the weave issue could run as high as
$25 million - that would raise the total project cost
to around $178 million!!  How many additional
affordable housing units will be destroyed?
