As a resident of the current 3rd ward,but from what I understand not of the future 3rd ward, I am completely appalled by Rep. Kahn. Her expression of her wish that the voters of the current 3rd ward should base their decision on who will live in both current and future ward boundaries is absolutely an insult to the entire democracy system of our country. What if the voters of her election had based their decision on something that has absolutely nothing to do with how well she would represent her constituents?
