It is certainly your choice, but if you have direct access to witnesses and victims of these crimes, it would go a long way toward the solving such problems if the activity was documented, and in several different ways, by several different people.

I respect the police and with good reason. I also know there are some "bad" cops ones, and maybe some "borderline" officers too, and for good reason. And I know there are real victims and also those who are trying to screw the police and the city in general. It's a mess.

If we can document the offenses, then we have a chance at effecting a solution. Documentation can be the damnation and savior for both the police and the citizens, and not necessarily in that order.

If perps and police both knew there was a video camera in every 5th car on the street at any one time, things would be a little different then they are now.
