I was wondering if any one in this forum could help me, I was just reading
some things that other people have sent concerning MTTA I worked for Mr.
Hammond before and during the schools opening. I received one paycheck. We
as employees were told that
we were waiting for grants ect. to come in. I still have not been payed I
took Mr Hammond to court and I won I have a judgement against him, I also
had it docketed with the court. But I only have heard that they filed
Bankruptcy, But not paying employees is a crime Do I go after the MTTA Board
of Directors, or call the Bankruptcy Court. Even my W2 from the year 2001
was wrong because payroll checks bounced, Or we just did not get them, So it
looked like alot of money that I never received. If anyone has any
information on this issue or how I could retrieve my wages please let me
know, Contact me at [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Thank You
