Please disregard the previous notice sent out that the Council Study Session on Parliamentary Procedures was being postponed. It is back on the schedule for Friday, February 21, 2003, at 9:00 a.m. in the Council Chamber.
This study session will be presented by Brian Melendez. He is a member of both the American Institute of Parliamentarians and the National Association of Parliamentarians. He has also served as a parliamentarian, ABA Young Lawyers Division (1994-99); and on the Committee on Rules & Calendar, ABA House of Delegates (1998-2000).
