Black History and the Media: Making the Invisible Visible

In celebration of Black History Month, The Friends of the Minneapolis Public
Library and The University of St. Thomas are partnering with Star Tribune
columnist Syl Jones to produce an exciting program, "Black History and the
Media." This program will examine the media representation of African
Americans and explore the role journalists play in shaping our society's
perceptions of past and current culture. Please join us in the historic
community discussion.

America" continues. Additional panelists will include: Fox News Anchor
