--------------------------------- I wonder if that's the same smell down closer to the river. I have been jogging by that area, and that smell is so strong. It's strongest around the manhole. There is some kind of processing plant there. Sometime I see hot steam coming up from the manhole. As soon as I jog pass that building, the smell is gone. If any city inspector is watching this, it's on Main St. by the power plant, slightly before the tiny park before the Stone Bridge. -- Thomas T.
