Speaking of smells....

What's that smell I am always smelling in the neighborhood of Broadway
and Central Ave. NE? When heading north on Central, it usually hits me
right at Broadway and fades away by the time I reach 18th Ave. Sometimes
when the wind is right, I pick it up over on the Johnson Street exit off
35W. Like a strange whiff of something, like baking bread mixed with
spraypaint.
