Keith says; I do not bother reporting Graffiti on West Broadway. The illegal commercial postering, both for "events" and "Buying-your slum property", stuff really is thick, and ugly. I did bust one of those guys, last year. The wide open drug selling and threatening behaviors on Lowry, in the hood, make the graffiti problems there highly less important to me. Why bother?
