I take it that this is brainwashing, where as having them stand to say the Pledge of Allegiance would be ok? I may be reading between the lines in your message, but I'm extrapolating from your bias. I would argue that, perhaps, protesting is a lesson in civics. The schools shouldn't condone it, but neither should they condemn it.

The rest of your message showed your intention to discriminate against any future hirees based on their political beliefs. Seems rather counter-productive.
