The Council voted 9-4 this morning to support the CD committee resolution opposing the NRP Policy Board's proposal to take $2million for a new mortgage insurance program. The four CMs voting "no" (in effect, supporting NRP's proposal for the new mortgage program) were Lilligren, Johnson, Johnson-Lee, and Zerby.
