Bruce is right.

I grew up at 31st and Central NE in a house my grandfather bought in 1901
and my mom and brother still call home. The park, bordered by 31 to 32nd
Ave NE, Polk St to Fillmore with St Anthony Blvd bisecting it is the highest
point. However, nobody called it Demings Heights. The first time any of
the old timers heard the name was when the Park Board put it on a map. The
name we all called it by was Norwegian Hill....great place to go, especially
for kids. There's a patch of sumac on the southside of St Anthony that has
the best 'forts' in town. Unfortunately, the walkway and stairs, which
would even make Rocky work up a sweat, have fallen into disrepair and have
been blocked off for years. On a clear day, you can stand up there and see
forever. Great place to look for tornadoes, too, but don't tell my mom I
said that.
