Interesting: the black guy has been convicted, done

a bribe. The white guy who gave the bribe has yet to
even face that charge in court, and is still living in
his mansion in the suburbs.

Well, Brian got a very short sentence (which I think
is justified given the facts), but more than that -
remember that the charge against Brian was not bribery
but extortion. Selwyn, who is Latino (what is
white?), is not likely to face prosecution as the
victim of extortion, though inspections harassed him
out of several locations. The other "white" guy, who
is Palestinian, involved in the case hasn't been
prosecuted yet for offering Brian a bribe (which Brian
did not accept) mostly because justice is for sale.
Basim Sabri & his family have alot of money to pay
lawyers to stay out of jail. I've heard that the feds
expect a decision soon, though, and that the
prosecution will continue. Time will tell.
