I have to eat my words. Four hours after saying I knew of no plans to build a Cub in north Minneapolis, I heard from people involved in the Cleveland Neighborhood Association who told me that Cub is scouting Penn and Lowry.
People in North Minneapolis are starving for a major league grocery store, and I hope a site can be found that fits in well with the community.
