The amazing thing was that Brian was considered one of the more honest CM's at the time. I have even heard that he was set up because he did not "play ball" as well as others. I still am amazed that the net that caught the minnows, Brian and Joe, let the sharks swim free.
That's quite a statement. Do you have any proof of dishonest Council Members? I'm also concerned about the statement "he didn't play ball as well as others." That's a rather serious indictment. Do you have any proof? Innuendo is a very dangerous thing. I hope that's not the case here.
