Regarding the Cub-Rainbow discussions: I'd assume the loss of some local Rainbow outlets over the next few months as a result of the Fleming bankruptcy filing. I'd also expect Cub (owned by SuperValu) to take advantage of Rainbow's weakness and strengthen their own position locally.
