Name names. Exactly 'who' is this DFL. Name these people that are plotting this contrived destruction. Or, tell us where or at what point are DFLers invited into the conspriracy.
Is it the Senate District DFL, or the Minneapolis DFL, or the County DFL unit, or the State DFL, or the DFL House Caucus, or the DFL Senate Caucus, or the DFL Central Committee or the Young DFL or the DFL Education Committee. Since they all have their own Chairs and charters, I'm sure you know which ones have a focus on the downfall of Minneapolis. Did you note that in your book.
If you do know the redistricting process, then you lie and mislead on purpose. I gave you the benefit of doubt.
At the state level, there was no agreement between the political parties and the Court drew the lines. At the local level, I beleive the Mpls Charter Commission oversaw that process with equal representation from each of the political parties. Or, it was proportional representation from the parties. How again did the DFL taint and twist this?
Your lie of the DFL intentionally 'holding' Blacks is B.S. Are there some jerks who could care less about the situation of Blacks in Minneapolis - Yes. Do some of them vote DFL - Yes. Is the DFL Party set out to destroy its base by holding them down - NO. Is the DFL beholden to a few jerks as stated above - absolutly NOT. The Party activism is open to anyone who shows up, the process may not be inviting, but its not rocket science. Speaking of holding Blacks down, you ever hear of the Republican Party 2003? I guess it doesn't fit your Minneapolis agenda so forget it.
I'll say it again, your M.O. is to lie and placate to people's lack of understanding of process or distaste for politics. For those who don't believe me - read the book.
Oh, you can name names of those people in control of the DFL who made these things happen, and explain to us how they got judges, and lawyers to look the other way while violating Federal law (redistricting). There are about 900 people on here waiting.
