My husband was watching Tom Brokaw in the other room and called out, "R.T.'s on the national news!" It was a feature on the financial crunch cities are facing due to state budget cuts, and R.T. was interviewed. (That heat wave you now feel is Pawlenty doing a slow burn.) Anyone know how this news feature came to fruition?
