Good grief. It's stuff like this that makes me think seriously about moving to some other city with a little more sanity -- maybe even *gasp* St. Paul.
The park board is going to let their grass go, and the city is out ticketing people for alleged 8" grass? What kind of insanity is that? Fire those inspectors and use the money from their salaries and benefits in a more productive fashion.
