I am not going to mow my neighbors lawn. We used to help him when he first moved in. We let him borrow our mower until he broke it because he wouldn't pick the crud up before he mowed. But realizing that he had plenty of money to buy a new truck and a Ducati motorcycle we soon realized it was a choice issue and not a resource issue so we weren't going to continue being chumps for the guy.

He no longer lives there. He had moved to New Mexico. He has the house for sale and it's a good thing he does. He was a horrible property owner and a pretty bad neighbor. The house is a pigeon and squirrel condo and has been for nearly five years.  He rents the house out to poor unsuspecting people who don't realize they are moving in with critters. Once they do, they move.

I have to give him credit for one thing. He rented to decent people.  The last one lasted only one month. He was charging an outrageous amount for rent in this dump.

He has the house for sale. He is asking $130,000. The house needs close to $100,000 to put it in shape unless of course you are really skilled in home rehab. That would leave you with no off street parking and no chance of off street parking. The lot is only 38 feet wide.
