It seems pretty clear the Guthrie money was approved. Earlier reports indicated the Children's Theater cash was in there. But the story leaves = me a bit confused about Planetarium and Empowerment $$ - I thought they = were out. Can anyone tell me (and the list) for sure if they passed or were = left out?
