OK, there's some kind of misunderstanding here:

I wrote:
'She goes so far as to claim that certain
developers have lied to the government to collect
funds for which they are not entitled. '

Ms. Heller responds:
"It's not that easy to prosecute Jim, because
when governmental entities are involved, frauds
are called "mistakes." "

Mr. Meldah responds:
Over the last 4 years, we have gone to the
authorities with criminal evidence against 2
management members of the Mpls Inspections office

And I respond:
Let's try to stay on the same page. I wasn't
TALKING about prosecuting government agencies.
Ms. Heller is making charges about OTHER
DEVELOPERS. And it seems to me, given what
happened to Brian Herron and Joe Biernat that
there is MORE than enough will to prosecute
DFLers on charges of fraud, extortion or
whatever.

Once again, let me suggeset you had "evidence",
but it was FLIMSY evidnece. It takes a little
bit more than personal aggravation to make a
charge stick. Consider the possibility your
evidence was short of a full case. ALSO consider
the possibility that when ONE developer calls
another "criminal", many people will smell sour
grapes.
