I love the story in the Skyway News:

http://www.skywaynews.net/display/inn_news/news03.tx

It's titled "Instant justice for nuisance crimes?"

Think about nabbing someone for public piddling at a Vikings game, taking
them out of the dome to start picking litter up off the street, and while
you're letting them pay out their service time, run their face thru the
Indentix system. I wonder how many "bad boys" and girls have other
nuisances outstanding, like unpaid traffic tickets, running behind on child
support...

It sounds like authorities could really do some trolling.

In any case, the Philadelphia response to nuisance crime appears to be
worth looking at.

1. Don't feed the troll! Ignore obvious flame-bait.
2. If you don't like what's being discussed here, don't complain - change the subject
(Mpls-specific, of course.)
