Legalizing drugs so that entrepeneurs and business owners can open Drug
Stores to sell narcotics, is, well . . . capitalism.

When the City needs more tax money, will they allow the increase in the
number of licensed Drug Stores? How about changing the closing time from
1 to 2 A.M.?
