Franklin Avenue is very much on the upswing. Steve Brandt did a post out here not too long ago with the figures on the different development proposals for Franklin.
Within a couple years, Franklin will look very different than it looks today.
By the way, kudos to the Ventura Village folks who planted all those planters on Franklin. They look great. Really perks the street up.
