Happy to be of assistance Keith. Neither Lowry or Broadway could easily accomodate true Bus Rapid Transit- there are simply too many cross streets to stop for! However, IIRC Lowry has a right of way only 66 feet wide while Broadway has a slightly more generous 80 foot wide right of way. This means putting dedicated bus lanes on Lowry would eliminate all parking and leave no space for bike lanes. BRT of any sort for Lowry is thusly a non starter. Broadway is also the historic commercial corridor of the Northside while Lowry is primarily residential.
